Return and Refund Policy – Packora

Enjoy shopping with Packora under the following return and refund terms:
 

• You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return purchased products. Return shipping costs will be charged through your customer account, by contacting customer service, or via email.
   

• If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the website description, is counterfeit, or was damaged during transportation or shipping, you have the right to return it free of charge within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item value will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 business days.
   

• When returning a product, please ensure:
   

  • All accessories, labels, and inclusions are returned

  • The product is in its original packaging and original condition

  • Factory seal remains intact (for replacements within 14 days)

  • Any included gifts or promotional accessories are returned
     

• If a password was set on the returned device, it must be removed. Otherwise, the return request cannot be completed.
   

This policy applies to products with manufacturing defects returned within 30 days, provided they are received in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

• Damaged products (excluding transportation damage)

• Products not in their original packaging
