Delivery Policy – Packora
Please note that the official business days at Packora are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays are considered non-working days for Packora and shipping companies.
Our priority is to provide you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. For this reason, we work with trusted third-party shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery Method
 

• Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your geographical location.

• You may choose a suitable delivery time during the day or week, subject to courier availability.

• For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.
   

Receiving Your Order
 

• A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.

• Delivery will be made to the address registered in your order.

• The signature of any person present at the delivery address will be considered proof of receipt.
   

If no one is available to receive the order, you must contact customer service to arrange another delivery time.
 

• Delivery attempts are limited to two times only.

• Packora is not responsible for orders that exceed 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
   

Order Processing Time
 

• In-stock orders: processed within 10–15 business days.

• Custom-made orders: processed according to the production time stated on the product page.
   

Delivery Cost

Delivery fees are:

• Calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address, or

• Quoted after placing the order for special or custom orders and added to the final invoice.
   

Estimated Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.

• Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date.

• Delivery dates may vary depending on courier practices, delivery location, and order contents.

• Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments if necessary.
